The Sumner Valley was a small village settlement of a few homes and farms in Northern Country, 1st World.  It was located between Bell and Lake Renegade and had no services.  

The village was located in a valley of the same name.  The valley was an open grassy prairie with very sparse growth of trees.

A noteable feature was the Sumner Valley water tower.
